Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
South Africa:
- Shipping Fee: R150.00 — estimated 1–2 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all South African orders over R500
International:
- International Shipping: Free — estimated 14–30 business days (fulfilled and managed by our dropshipping partner)
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. Legacy Store is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@legacygo-getter.co.za and we will investigate with the courier.
