At Legacy Store, we want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests for the following reasons only:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was received
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
- Email us at info@legacygo-getter.co.za with your order number and photos
Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection, or items that no longer meet your preference. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Personal care and beauty products
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Resolution Options
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement item sent at no extra cost
- A store credit for the value of the item
Cash refunds are issued at our discretion and only in exceptional circumstances.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Processing Time
Once a resolution is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for store credit or replacement processing.
